Effective June 2020

All clients are required to fill out a form indicating they are not currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and have not been in contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who have tested positive for the disease. Clients must wear masks during the procedure. No guests, including children, are allowed in the facility at this time. Please make alternate childcare arrangements.
